A primeira vista o hotel é lindo. Tem um sistema all inclusive bem interessante, mas durante hospedagem você vai se deparando com uma série de amadorismo que nunca vi em lugar algum: perdem chave do apartamento e ficam com cara paisagem, falta água por muito tempo,vi barata nos corredores(credo), batem com força na tua porta( pensei ser emergência, estava no banho), para testar novo método de abertura de porta, Por cartão magnético. Pedimos para adiar check out, fizeram, mas cobraram, acho até justo, não antes de nos dar um formulário para avaliarmos eles! 😝 Precisam treinamento urgente, pois a localização e instalações são excelentes. Posto até algumas fotos para verem como é lindinho!

me quedé en el Arena Blanca de la misma cadena, pero iba a la playa que está frente a Él Dorado y en 2 oportunidades disfrute de jugos y snacks en la piscina del Hotel El Dorado, unas brochetes que estaban muy bien elaboradas. Gracias

Psss para el precio esta bien pero la comida no es la mejor empezando por q las verduras las dan crudas suponiendo q deben ser al hervor los 5 días q estuvimos aquí ahora en mayo de 2022 nos dieron eso así. En cuanto a la barra libre parace q uno estuviera pidiendo limosna le prestan atención a uno cuando les da la gana.

La experiencia en este hotel fue buena, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, la comida muy rica, variada y suficiente, el barman muyyyyyy amable. Lo único malo es q no cumplen con la hora del check in y UNA de las recepcionistas fue bastante grosera. De resto todo super, seguro q volveré a este hotel.

Lo bueno: La ubicación es muy buena, está frente a la playa, en una zona muy comercial donde encontrarás restaurantes, bares, tiendas, etc. La alimentación es tipo buffet y a mi parecer aceptable. Lo malo: Desafortunadamente el hotel cuenta con muchos malos aspectos, no se ayudan y personalmente no lo recomiendo. Las instalaciones se notan descuidadas, el aseo es muy regular, la habitación la entregan tarde (hasta dos horas después), pero son muy enfáticos en decirte que el check out es a la 1 y si te pasas te cobrarán una multa. Lo peor es la atención de su personal, son groseros, poco acometidos, simplistas, parece que estuvieran aburridos todo el tiempo y se desquitaran contigo, (ejemplo, solicitaba ayuda a los meseros o personal se servicios generales y su respuesta era "pues mire a ver qué hace"), recomiendo un curso de atención al cliente para todos sus empleados.

Las comidas son buffet, algo variadas, atentos a llegar en el horario para encontrar todo lo que quieran comer.La habitación que me tocó tenía balcón a la playa y no se sintió ruido en ninguna noche.Buena atención.

Es una buena ubicación del hotel, muy central. Las toallas siempre están limpias y el cuarto también. Sin embargo las habitaciones están algo deterioradas y la comida no estuvo tan rica.

No wifi in your room. Front desk women were very rude. They list free massages and other services they no longer offer. However, the location is very good. The bedding is amazing and we slept very well. Housekeeping is fabulous. The room are very clean!!! Food was pretty good. But the bartender who makes the free cocktails kinda sucks. The front desk woke us up at 8 in the morning, on Sunday, to offer us a taxi service which was very rude. Room was very small but comfortable and very clean.

Was ok no wifi in the rooms location is great staff at end were kinda rude on checkout day. Like they didn't care about you anymore since you were leaving they ignored my son to get a soda for 20 min standing there and they served other guests. Rooms are clean and a/c works. They ran out of toilet paper bring your own just in case. Overall it was ok but I would not stay again after how they treated my son on checkout day.

This Hotel does not respect its guests, in the midst of a pandemic and with a curfew in the city and they having a pool party with more than 20 people. These things only happen in Colombia than irresponsibility. We called the police and they did nothing

Upon arrival the room was not clean.The sheets and bedding appeared to be dirty.When we asked the housekeeper for new sheets the next day, she did nothing and we had the same dirty sheets when we returned to our room.We selected the breakfast and lunch/dinner plan.We had only eaten at the hotel and my girlfriend got food poisoning.We asked for assistance from the hotel staff, but they did not seem to care.The did offer to make us or get us some plain soup but explained that we would need to pay for the soup as it was not included in the plan.We asked for medical assistance, but they did not offer to take us to a doctor or a clinic.They only offered the address of a pharmacy.When we requested additional assistance and to speak with there manager, they simply gave us a form to complete and told us they would get back to us.The onsite staff did not appear to care that we were sick and dissatisfied with our stay.When pressed for a a telephone number for the manager, the staff refused.We had a terrible time at this hotel and I would not recommend this hotel/resort.The prices appear to be good because the service is terrible.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!Al llegar, la habitación no estaba limpia. Las sábanas y la ropa de cama parecían estar sucias. Cuando le pedimos al ama de llaves nuevas sábanas al día siguiente, ella no hizo nada y tuvimos las mismas sábanas sucias cuando volvimos a nuestra habitación.Seleccionamos el plan de desayuno y almuerzo / cena. Solo habíamos comido en el hotel y mi novia sufrió una intoxicación alimentaria. Pedimos ayuda al personal del hotel, pero no parecía importarles. Se ofrecieron a prepararnos u obtener una sopa simple, pero explicaron que tendríamos que pagar la sopa ya que no estaba incluida en el plan. Pedimos asistencia médica, pero no se ofrecieron a llevarnos a un médico o una clínica. Solo ofrecieron la dirección de una famacia.Cuando solicitamos asistencia adicional y hablamos con el gerente, simplemente nos dieron un formulario para completar y nos dijeron que nos contactarían. Al personal en el lugar no pareció importarle que estuviéramos enfermos e insatisfechos con nuestra estadía. Cuando se le solicitó un número de teléfono para el gerente, el personal se negó.Tuvimos un tiempo terrible en este hotel y no recomendaría este hotel / resort. Los precios parecen ser buenos porque el servicio es terrible. ¡NO TE ALOJES EN ESTE HOTEL!

WARNING!!! DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.This is a borderline scam if you're a foreigner. You will be paying over $150 a night for a room worth about $40 at most (which is about what locals pay). The hotel is horribly run down. There is NO hot water, bugs, doors are broken, air conditioner is broken, windows wont close, and its super super noisy. The selling point is that its an "all inclusive" hotel meaning unlimited food and drinks (which you have to pay PER PERSON, by the way, which isn't clear if you try to book online). The food is awful. Its cafeteria food and often cold. The beer is given in small glasses and the mixed drinks aren't even blended.Staying here was a complete nightmare, from being unable to sleep at night due to the noise, to the lack of hot water to wash my hair. First world problems, sure, but when you're paying $200 a night, you'd expect a better experience. Stay far, far away from here.
