The hotel room is cozy in general, but there's a lot of annoying details that make the experience not so memorable. For example, if you turned off the bedside light switch, the bedside power outlet would also turn off (i.e. You can only charge your phone with the lights on). Also, the water leaks out of the shower, the furniture is stained (glass rings on wooden furniture, stains on the couch). The TV is dated, and despite having the capacity to be connected to the internet, it isn't, or just refused to work, leaving media possibilities limited to cable TV (as advertised). The minibar was empty, and room service didn't work during the night. The bed was comfy, and the room in general felt pretty spacious.

Honestly, my favorite thing about this hotel is how quiet it is. Its very soundproofed and that’s rare in Santiago. The wifi works well which is a plus. However, keep in mind that the hotel is old/dated so check everything in the room right when you get in. My first room had a weird odor and wasnt very clean and my second room didn’t have functional AC. My third room was good. The guy at the front desk was quite friendly and helped me switch rooms without problem. Lastly, the beds are quite firm/hard and not very comfortable. This isn’t my preference but it’s common in Latin America. I give this place a 3.5 but will round to 4 considering it is peaceful, has a friendly staff, and isn’t expensive.

Very spacious room, clean, good bed quality, people very nice. The big problem is the food : little quantity and bad quality for a high price. I'm in a full breakfast, lunch and dinner formula because of quarantine and all 3 formula has been really bad. It's a pity to offer such bad food quality
