If you want to relax, avoid a concert weekend.There was lots of traffic. But this place I'd very nice with breakfast included.

A porta do banheiro sempre ficava presa, deixando os pequenos incapazes de sair sem a ajuda de um adulto. O vaso sanitário não dava descarga prontamente. Tivemos uma noite em que um grupo de pessoas estava muito barulhento do lado de fora da nossa janela, a ponto de eu ter que ligar para a recepção por volta das 3 da manhã para pedir que diminuíssem. A recepção foi muito se desculparam e cuidou da situação.

The bathroom door would always get stuck leaving little ones unable to get out without adult help. The toilet wouldn't flush promptly. We had a night where a group of people were really loud outside our window to the point I had to call the front desk around 3 am to ask them to keep it down. The front desk was very apologetic and took care of the situation.

Se Hospedaram no hotel no meio do caminho para o Rose Bowl. Estava muito ocupado por causa de outro Bowl Game ocorrendo a um quarteirão de distância. A equipe da recepção foi amigável, competente e profissional em uma atmosfera um tanto caótica do lobby. Nosso quarto estava pronto e limpo. Lutamos para que nossa TV funcionasse e um dos senhores da recepção veio nos ajudar. Seu nome era Damion e ele era gentil, profissional e prestativo. Conseguimos fazer a TV funcionar. Quando fui dar uma gorjeta para ele por sua ajuda, ele se recusou e disse que nossa satisfação era o que importava. Fiquei sabendo que faltava pessoal, que ele já trabalhava 12 horas por dia e ficava até tarde para nos atender. Nesta época estranha de escassez de funcionários, foi bom ver a cultura de profissionalismo neste site específico. Eu recomendaria este estabelecimento se você estiver na área de Las Vegas. Perto do aeroporto. Perto da tira.

It's a Residence Inn so one is not expecting luxury. I think they did just enough in these rooms for things to photograph well. Upon entering the room you immediately realize it's pretty dated overall. The kitchen is the only thing that looks decent. The bathrooms are likely late 90s early 2000s. There was a huge stain on the ceiling in the bath that was obviously old. The carpet felt older, vanities, tub hardware etc did as well. The pictures fooled me on this one. Customer service was ok. The room wasn't disgusting,but you can tell they do the minimum regarding esthetics. Wouldn't be excited to stay here again.

Stayed at this property on our way to the Rose Bowl. It was very busy because of another Bowl Game taking place a block away. The front desk staff were friendly, competent and professional in a somewhat chaotic lobby atmosphere. Our room was ready and clean. We struggled to get our TV to work and one of the gentlemen from the front desk came to assist us. His name was Damion and he was kind, professional and helpful. We were able to get the TV to work. When I went to tip him for his help, he refused and said our satisfaction was what was important. I learned that they were short staffed, that he had already worked a 12 hour day and he stayed late to assist us. In this strange time of employee shortages, it was nice to see the culture of professionalism at this particular site. I would recommend this property if you are in the Vegas area. Close to the airport. Close to the strip.

Excelente lugar si no querés estar cerca del bullicio de la ciudad... Se puede ir con mascotas y tiene buen acceso de discapacitados. Para los que necesitamos hacer compras, no cobran la recepción de los envíos.

Excelente atencion y servicio. Un poco lejos del centro pero tiene un transfer que cada 30 minutos te lleva y trae. Riquisimo desayuno. Muy limpioy cómodo. La atención de recepcionistas, mucamas, las chicas que sirven el desayuno y los choferes de los transfer es excelente.
