“My business tripe to Guangzhou was on January 2019
hotel situated at the centre of city getting to hotel takes around 60 min from airport , checking in was quick and professional since I was an IHG platinum member I was upgraded to suit , upon reservation I requested a hand flush in the toilet which is a hygienic must one of most important factors that I chose this hotel in Guangzhou , after a log search in the internet .the staff needed only 5 minutes to install it , which was a very professional
Rooms are bigger and spacious with excellent service experience. High rise outside view was amazing and you can see hilly view from your room.
Fantastic breakfast with varieties of options available to eat, with a Muslim halal food corner, don’t miss it it is a great pounce. The executive lounge is big advance treat verity of food and drinks you can enjoy after a long day.
Laundry service is very good and fast
Room cleaning is professional
on 6th floor Gym and swimming pool facility which is good part in the middle of city. There enormous amount for restaurant around this hotel to explore. With very good number of malls around, metro station is 5 min. walk which is very convenient to go anywhere in the city
lobby and cafe at ground floor and rooms need a very quick upgrade to much the great services in this nice hotel
concierge is very helpful, but still needs improvement in English hard time to communicate
all the thanks to recaption staff very helpful and carrying up to the limit to make my very peaceful and enjoyable, looking forward to be in the hotel again with a fresh new look in the”

“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life. And I've been places. Literally... Staff is super efficient, the building itself is majestic with its glorious main hall with golden Chinese inspired decors. The piano bar downstairs offers loads of live artists performing while you enjoy your drinks with friend.. Rooms are spacious, tidy and beautifully arranged. (there is a nespresso machine with 4 pods in every room too)
