Hotel com ótima localização e bom custo benefício se comparado com os demais nas redondezas. Quatros limpos e espaçosos para até 2 pessoas.

No checking fui recebido com snacks e garrafas d'agua e tive a opcao de escolher o andar do quarto. No lobby haviam outras comidas e bebidas grátis. No quarto havia um café da Starbucks esperando. O café da manhã tem até Nutella. Localização é boa e os quartos mais altos conseguem ver o Empire State. Contras: Sem frigobar e sem bancada para malas.

Boas acomodações, muito perto da 5 avenida, uns 5 minutos do importe Starr building, e uns 8 minutos da times square

We've stayed at this hotel twice when coming to NYC and have had good experiences both times. Our first time staying here our room was slightly larger than our second time staying which wasn't a big deal, just something we noticed. Given it's NYC, you can expect large rooms unless you're dropping a lot of $$$. During our second stay we noticed the mattress wasn't very comfortable compared to our first stay. Other than that, the hotel is in an excellent location. 5th avenue is a short walk up the block and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The lobby always has water available and the breakfast selection was excellent.

Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la situación, pero al lado hay muchos más. Atención pésima, problemas en las habitaciones que nunca solucionan, wc que no traga, calefacción que no funciona,… en el comedor siempre un aire frío en pleno noviembre, que tienes que coger una bandeja y llevarlo a la habitación. Hasta cuatro habitaciones distintas y todas con problemas. Tampoco hay mucha limpieza. Todo mal, y nunca antes me había pasado esto en un hotel. Ah y el responsable nunca está ni hace por contactar contigo.

There are paper thin walls with doors adjoining the rooms so you can hear EVERYTHING. The man next door to me must be sick so I’ve had to endure 48 hrs of him coughing. He literally sounds like he’s in my room. It’s not as if you can complain about your neighbor coughing. They need to do something to keep the sound out from room to room. I had to deal with this for two nights and for what I paid it’s unacceptable.The location is good and the room size is small but manageable. The bathrooms are just a joke. They’re so tiny you can barely fit on the toilet. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They do serve complimentary breakfast but it’s nothing but a bunch of processed food. No noise was coming from outside. It was all from whoever was in the next room. (which is why I’m currently awake at 5am from his coughing)There was also the fact that I had a migraine and put the do not disturb sign on the door… only for housekeeping to come banging on the door asking if I wanted new towels. What the hell is the point of having the signs on the door? I agree with the other comments that they either can’t read or just completely ignore the do not disturb sign.As a bonvoy member this was pretty disappointing. The whole stay was pretty horrific.

Front desk ladies were very helpful. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but they held our backpacks in the luggage storage room. Would call when the room was ready. So we toured NYC for a while and then headed back to the hotel. Checked in, went up to the room and it was a great experience. Close to food vendors, and close to shops to look around. I highly recommend this place 5*****

Nice hotel staff is supper friendly. And a good business quick stay hotel. The rooms are a bit small. But enough for one person as it has all you need. Clean and comfortable.

Considering typical hotel prices in NYC, this is a good value for money. It's clean, rooms are a little outdated and the carpets could improve. However location is perfect and the staff is great.

Everyone who works at this hotel is lovely. Jose at the front desk was especially kind in getting me my room super early. The breakfast team were very accomodating and kept the dining area spotless. Having such kind people really care about my stay made this a much better experience than I expected. Hotel is a little run down in corners but it was also the most reasonably priced in Midtown. Would stay again.

Marriott should be ashamed of this place. It is in a word, a dump. Smallest room I've ever seen. Leaky faucet in the bathroom that spread water across the sink, soaking an entire box of tissues. Single ice machine in the bowels of a dark basement. We've stayed in a number of Fairfield Inns, and they tend to be fine. This one is off the charts awful. The traffic on the street 17 floors below sounded like it was in our room. Lesson learned about this place.

The staff makes this place, hands down. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean, breakfast is great (and the kitchen crew is sweet), and it's not crowded. Our whole stay we felt like we were some of the only people here, no waiting for elevators, no hallway noise. Great location too - walkable to Bryant, Times Square, Rockefeller Center. Only downside, the room we had was TINY and we needed somewhere else to put garbage. But even that the staff helped with when we asked. 5 out of 5 would do this again!

Estuvimos 7 noches. La puerta de la habitación se rompía día a día y no nos cambiaron de habitación, aunque nos lo habían prometido y era peligroso quedarse. La habitación era tan pequeña que no se podían abrir 2 maletas. No tiene armario o placard ni cofre de seguridad ni frigobar. Tanto la calefacción como el inodoro hacían mucho ruido. El desayunador no tenía calefacción y nos morimos de frío. La comida era regular. La atención del personal era deficiente. Nos prometieron un descuento y no lo hicieron. No lo recomiendo para nada.

La ubicación es excelente, puedes llegar caminando a varios sitios de interés y tiene muchas estaciones del metro y paradas del autobús muy cerca de ahí. Central park queda a 15 minutos caminando. El personal es muy atento y amable. Tienen espacio para guardar tus maletas. Supongo que por la pandemia te dan un box lunch de desayuno que dejan cada mañana en el lobby para que bajes a recogerlo. Estuvimos cuatro noches pero nunca realizaron limpieza en nuestro cuarto... Buen internet. *Dato curioso: como varios hoteles, no tiene piso 13 🍀

Es un pequeño hotel en el cual se destaca su excelente ubicación. Si bien las habitacionesson pequeñas están bien para quién va de turismo o por trabajo a NY. y pasa todo el día fuera. El desayuno, servido en un pequeño salón es bastante bueno. Además, resulta muy agradable el que la mayoría del tiempo hay café y te disponible en el lobby. Volvería.

Estuvimos alojados hace dos semanas y la verdad que que lo mejor del hotel la ubicación. El desayuno normal nada variado. Las habitaciones pequeñas sin nevera y sin caja fuerte. La cama buena y todo limpio. Solo hay una persona que habla español y el trato correcto. No sé si volvería.
