Teve uma experiência incrível ficar aqui. Quarto era limpo e perfeito para 3 de nós meninas. A equipe foi SUPER amigável. Mesmo de apenas puxar para a frente para fazer o check-out. Tudo foi ótimo. Não fui informado de que seria cobrado pelo estacionamento e liguei perguntando qual era a cobrança no meu cartão. Eles gentilmente me reembolsaram. Definitivamente recomendo este hotel!

Rooms were expensive for the quality of the room. They look old and need some love. Main lobby area looks aged but very clean. Some new carpet or a deep clean might help. Breakfast buffet was the same every morning with the exception of pancakes vs waffles. (Additional menu items or menu service would have been great) Sharon in the dining room is AMAZING. Very attentive and helpful and kind. She made it worth it. Shoutout to Pierre who was able to meet our needs with every request. He too is AMAZING. Check in and check out was very smooth.

Had an awesome experience staying here. Room was clean and perfect for 3 of us girls. The staff was SUPER friendly. Even from just pulling up to the front to checking out. Everything was great. I was not informed that we would be charged for parking and I called asking what the charge was on my card. They graciously reimbursed me. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Hilton Stamford Hotel. Todos os membros da equipe foram extremamente gentis e prestativos. Erica nos registrou no hotel e foi adorável trabalhar com ela. Fizemos o check-in no final da noite, e sua personalidade e recomendações borbulhantes nos fizeram sentir em casa.O buffet de café-da-manhã foi bom, mas a melhor parte de nossa refeição foi ser recebido por Sharon. Ela foi útil e correu bem o restaurante.O lobby e as áreas comuns estão bem conservados. Os quartos poderiam usar alguma atualização e melhor limpeza, mas ainda assim tivemos uma estadia confortável.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Stamford Hotel. All staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Erica checked us into the hotel, and she was lovely to work with. We checked in late in the evening, and her bubbly personality and recommendations made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was good, but the best part of our meal was being greeted by Sharon. She was helpful and ran the restaurant well. The lobby and common areas are well maintained. The rooms could use some updating and better cleaning, but we still had a comfortable stay.

A partir do momento em que entramos para o check-in, Alley, na recepção, nos recebeu com o sorriso mais maravilhoso. Nosso quarto estava limpo. A cama e travesseiros de plumas foram os mais confortáveis que já dormi. Na manhã seguinte, fomos atendidos no café da manhã por Michael, (um cavalheiro!), que verificava conosco frequentemente para garantir que estávamos satisfeitos com nossas refeições. Gostaríamos de mencionar Erica e Mohammad que estavam por perto respondendo nossas perguntas. Sharon, o gerente, parou para dizer olá e se certificou de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Nossa estadia foi feliz, mesmo por apenas uma noite de sono depois de ir a um show em Nova York, graças à equipe. A estação de trem fica muito próxima e há estacionamento a um preço razoável. Altamente recomendado. Vai fazer o check-in novamente!

Fiquei por uma noite e gostei da minha estadia. Aly na recepção foi maravilhoso e tratou de todos os meus pedidos. Todos no restaurante foram ótimos e acolhedores. Os gerentes e os servidores. Meu quarto era limpo como eu esperava e eu tinha o quarto premium de bem-estar que tinha um purificador de ar e veio com água de coco e amêndoas cobertas de chocolate pelo mesmo preço de um quarto regular. O lúpulo de sino também foi ótimo e muito útil. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente neste hotel. Eu tive uma ótima experiência.

Quarto encantador e ótimo serviço em todo o complexo. Michael no restaurante foi maravilhoso. Ele foi útil, cortês e gentil. Ali na recepção também foi útil cortês e gentil. A equipe em geral parecia pronta para ajudar os hóspedes e realmente queria que nossa estadia fosse boa.Minha única reclamação seria a garagem. Poderia haver sinalização melhor/mais clara. É fácil ficar confuso e não conseguir encontrar o seu carro!

From the time we stepped to check in, Alley, at the front desk, welcomed us with the most wonderful smile. Our room was clean. The bed and down pillows were the most comfortable that I have slept on. The next morning we were attended at breakfast by Michael, (such a gentleman!) who checked with us frequently to make sure that we were happy with our meals. We’d like to mention Erica and Mohammad who were nearby answering our questions. Sharon, the manager stopped by to say hello and made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was a happy one,even for only one night of sleep after going to a show in NYC, thanks to the staff. The train station is very close and there is parking at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Will check-in again!

I stayed for one night and I enjoyed my stay. Aly at the front desk was wonderful and handled all of my requests. Everyone at the restaurant was great and welcoming. The managers and the servers. My room was clean as I expected and I had the premium wellness room which had an air purifier and came with coconut water and chocolate covered almonds for same price as a regular room. The bell hops were also great and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I had a great experience.

Lovely room and great service throughout the complex. Michael in the restaurant was wonderful. He was helpful, courteous and kind. Ali at the desk was also helpful courteous and kind. The staff in general seemed ready to help the guests and truly wanted our stay to be a good one. My only complaint would be the parking garage. There could be better/clearer signage. It is easy to get confused and not be able to find your car!

Os quartos, embora datados, eram muito limpos e bem conservados. Funcionários, principalmente funcionários. Sharon e Moyve na área de jantar foram muito gentil e atencioso. Check-in foi eficiente e alegre. Qualquer manutenção necessária foi rápida. Os elevadores eram rápidos. Estadia muito agradável. O único aspecto negativo foi que não havia geladeira e microondas nos quartos, deixando-me ter que manter a medicação no gelo no meu balde de gelo.

Rooms, while dated, were very clean and well kept.Staff, especially staff.Sharon and Moyve in the dining area were very personable and attentive. Check in was efficient and cheerful.Any maintenance needed was quick. Elevators were fast.Very pleasant stay.Only negative was there was no refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, leaving me to have to keep medication on ice in my ice bucket.

Sharon e a excelente equipe do restaurante do hotel realmente fizeram meu dia! Sharon me fez sentir tão especial e teve muito cuidado para garantir que meu pedido de café da manhã estivesse certo. Todos os membros da equipe que encontrei no restaurante, incluindo o gerente, me cumprimentaram e se certificaram de que eu tinha tudo o que precisava. Eu gostaria de ficar por mais do que apenas um dia - eu adoraria começar meu dia com esse tipo de tratamento todos os dias! Além disso, o café da manhã estava delicioso e as amoras eram as mais doces que já comi. O frescor da deliciosa fruta foi tão surpreendente porque eu nunca comi amoras frescas e naturalmente doces em um hotel em qualquer lugar dos EUA. Isso era exatamente o que eu precisava depois de viajar e ser redirecionado dia e noite por causa de uma tempestade de neve.

Sharon and the outstanding team at the hotel restaurant truly made my day! Sharon made me feel so special and took great care in making sure my breakfast order was just right. Every team member I encountered?at the restaurant, including the manager, greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. I wish I was staying for more than just a day—I’d love to start my day off with that kind of treatment every day! On top of that, breakfast was delicious and the blackberries were the sweetest I’ve ever had. The freshness of the delicious fruit was so surprising because I have never had fresh, naturally sweet blackberries at a hotel anywhere in the US. This was just what I needed after traveling and being rerouted all day and night because of a snowstorm.

Pagamos una habitación de Q350 dolares y ni siquiera agua para beber habia en el cuaryo, no incluía desayuno, aunq estaba en el anuncio de internet, al llegar nos dijeron q debíamos pagarlo y ni descuento pudieron hacer , también hicieron un recargo por uso de parqueo el cual siempre se mantenía lleno ... como puede ser q ese tipo de cosas no estén incluidos en la reserva de un hotel "de lujo" ? La verdad esperaba mucho mejor servicio por el precio pagado. Lo único q estuvo bien fue el servicio de limpieza y la atención es muy amable en el restaurante . Pero los cobros son exagerados (Las fotos son solo para tener de requisito)
