“Needs a bit of tidying but good value for a all inclusive stay”

“Went to this hotel this year and stayed for around five days. I already stayed in previous years and is always good to return, but is also sad because you form a image based on your last experiences but this year although memorable and very pleasant there were some problem due to the lack of somethings like for example during the breakfast there were a shortage of mugs and sometimes during dinner a shortage of plates, it's understandable due to the number of guests but in previous years with wasn't so noticeable. The room are well kept and quite confortable. But there is (not always) a lack of attention in regards to toilet paper by the cleaning crew, but this situation is easily resolved. The food is always surprising, although in the breakfast there isn't a lot of differences there is a lot of options available to choose from. The lunch and dinner are where it shines there is always something new to try and an area where fish or meat are grilled on the spot it's usually crowded with people forming a line just to get some. There are as well other options and some lighter others heavier and for those (mainly kids) who don't like to try new things besides the known food they also have some pasta sauce and cheese and of course the famous pizza. All the food is quite good but obviously this varies from person to person. The activities are also very good and entertaining all days they have an hydro gym session just before lunchtime but there is also other activities as well. Even the manager has is own activity with the guests all Tuesdays morning. Overall it was a very nice experience and would recommend without a doubt to anyone.”
