The overall service during the stay was excellent. The 3 course set-dinner at MO bar included in the package was delicious. The swimming pool was very nice and the staff was very helpful.

Room was well equipped and has modern decor. I loved the atmosphere and service and would definitely stay here whenever I visit this city. Tuve una estadía increíble aquí. El servicio fue excepcional. y el personal es muy atento y amable, siempre me ayudaron con todo lo que necesitaba y también me recomendaron y me guiaron sobre los pubs y restaurantes cercanos. La habitación estaba bien equipada y tiene una decoración moderna. Me encantó el ambiente y el servicio y definitivamente me quedaría aquí cada vez que visite esta ciudad.

O funcionário da FD, Anson, tem uma boa atitude de serviço, que é digna de apreço! Eu morava em outro MO. Fiquei completamente decepcionado com o serviço. Achei que não iria querer morar de novo. Mas desta vez mudei de ideia. Este serviço é muito melhor que o outro. Ficarei novamente da próxima vez. ! Depois o Mo bar tem arroz de frango Hainanese e hamachi, são deliciosos 😋 vale a pena experimentar!

Pensé que no querría volver a vivir. Pero esta vez cambié de opinión. Este servicio es mucho mejor que el otro. Me quedaré de nuevo. la próxima vez. ! Muy satisfecho con una estadía, el servicio amable de los colegas de recepción le dio una buena impresión al cliente, lo llevó a la habitación y le explicó el equipo de la habitación, lo que redujo en gran medida la extrañeza. El diseño de la habitación es muy decente y cómodo, la madera y la seda dan una sensación de armonía, además, la habitación se limpia muy bien y el aislamiento acústico también está bien hecho, lo que la hace extraordinariamente silenciosa por la noche. El más influyente es el gimnasio. El espacio es lo suficientemente grande y el equipo está completo. Puedes esperar a que alguien lo use. We were impressed by the staff at hotel entrance who gave us warm welcome and provided baggage assistance. Check-in was handled efficiently and room facilities were well introduced. Cocktails at MO Bar, LMO Cheesecake as well as the in-room breakfast were absolutely wonderful. Apart from the excellent quality of service and food, we highly appreciate the focus of sustainability within the hotel. En general, fue una estancia increíble para nosotros. El personal fue amable, genuino, profesional y dispuesto a ofrecer más ayuda. Nos impresionó el personal de la entrada del hotel, que nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos ayudó con el equipaje. El registro se manejó de manera eficiente y las instalaciones de la habitación se presentaron bien. Los cócteles en MO Bar, LMO Cheesecake y el desayuno en la habitación fueron absolutamente maravillosos. Además de la excelente calidad del servicio y la comida, apreciamos mucho el enfoque de sostenibilidad dentro del hotel.

Muito satisfeito com a estadia, o atendimento simpático dos colegas da recepção causou uma boa impressão ao cliente, conduzindo-o até ao quarto e explicando-lhe os equipamentos do quarto, diminuindo bastante o estranheza. O design do quarto é muito decente e confortável, a madeira e a seda trazem uma sensação harmoniosa.Além disso, o quarto é limpo com muito cuidado e o isolamento acústico também é bem feito, tornando-o extraordinariamente silencioso à noite. O mais influente é o ginásio. O espaço é grande o suficiente e o equipamento está completo. Você pode esperar que alguém o use. Se você quiser brincar com a máquina de andar e a máquina de bicicleta depois de comer, eles são altamente recomendados. O hotel fica próximo ao shopping e à beira-mar, o que é conveniente para proporcionar mais entretenimento e ruas de passeio.A localização é superior, na medida certa!

The location of hotel is excellent convenient. After having dinner at Amber, we walked to the Observation Wheel to have a ride. The food at Amber is good especially their service, Bravo! Enjoyed the SPA and Yoga class! Definately will be back again very soon. La ubicación del hotel es excelente conveniente. Después de cenar en Amber, caminamos hasta la rueda de observación para dar un paseo. La comida en Amber es buena, especialmente su servicio, ¡Bravo! ¡Disfruté de la clase de SPA y Yoga! Stayed in the junior suite for the mandatory 7 day quarantine. The food was very thoughtful.The last dinner is accompanied with a champagne and a greeting card “get ready to be out!” Service was exceptional.I had friends bringing me care packs.They always helped bring them up immediately.I ordered some cocktails to the room, they were very well crafted, some are customized with liquors I asked for. When I checked out, the staff congratulated me 😁 how kind! Me alojé en la suite junior durante la cuarentena obligatoria de 7 días. La comida estuvo muy pensada. La última cena se acompaña con un champán y una tarjeta de felicitación "¡prepárate para salir!" El servicio fue excepcional. Tenía amigos que me traían paquetes de cuidado. Siempre ayudaron a criarlos de inmediato. Pedí unos cócteles a la habitación, estaban muy bien elaborados, algunos personalizados con los licores que pedí. Cuando me fui, el personal me felicitó 😁 ¡qué amable!

Acredito que seja um dos hotéis mais renomados da cidade. NO ENTANTO, o hotel decidiu transformar-se num hotel de quarentena para os detidos COVID-19 e recusou todos os outros hóspedes.Fiquei extremamente frustrado porque LMO cancelou minha reserva apenas 2 semanas antes de minha chegada.Não estou em posição de questionar a decisão deles de transformar seu modo de negócios, mas pelo menos eles devem fornecer assistência proativa às pessoas afetadas. As respostas do LMO transmitem a mensagem de que sua alta administração simplesmente não dá a mínima!Uma grande decepção para o LMO. Espero sinceramente que isso não represente de forma alguma o padrão do Mandarin Oriental Group.

Creo que es uno de los hoteles más famosos de la ciudad. SIN EMBARGO, el hotel decidió convertirse en un hotel de cuarentena para los detenidos por COVID-19 y rechazó a todos los demás huéspedes.Me sentí extremadamente frustrado porque LMO canceló mi reserva solo 2 semanas antes de mi llegada.No estoy en condiciones de cuestionar su decisión de transformar su modo de negocio, pero al menos deberían brindar asistencia proactiva a los afectados. Las respuestas de LMO transmiten el mensaje de que a sus altos directivos les importa un bledo.Una gran decepción para LMO. Espero sinceramente que esto no represente de ninguna manera el estándar de Mandarin Oriental Group.

I believed it is one of the most renowned hotel in town. HOWEVER, the hotel decided to turn themselves into a quarantine hotel for COVID-19 detainees and refused all other guests. It was extremely frustrated that LMO cancelled my reservation just 2 weeks before my arrival. I am not in a position to question their decision in transforming their business mode, but at least they should proactively provide assistance to those being affected. The responses from LMO convey a message that their top managements just don’t give a damn! A great disappointment to LMO. I sincerely hope that this is in no way representing the standard of Mandarin Oriental Group.

Feels like home away from home. Although located in busy street once you step inside it is peaceful and quiet. Rooms are comfortable with grand bathroom with huge bathtub. Breakfast was impressive with plenty of quality choices. When our son wasn't feeling well they showed genuine concern and took care of us like family. Thank you very much!

Hotel com ótima localização, com acesso direto ao metrô (central station) e passarelas que ligam diversos outros prédios e shoppings. atendimento de primeira e excepcional, principalmente por conta do senhor Oliver Wang. Ele fez com a experiência da hospedagem se tornasse mais especial ainda. De maneira geral todos foram muitos solicitos e educados, sempre com sorriso no rosto. Quartos extremamentes agradáveis. Estrutura completa de academia, piscina, saúda, spa... Restaurantes altamente classificados. Vale a pena

Como se encuentra en el medio del distrito financiero, no se puede esperar una vista desde la habitación, pero la construcción de la espaciosa habitación es extravagante. La cálida hospitalidad del personal del hotel es excelente. Dependiendo de la hora del día, el personal japonés también está estacionado.

We used to staying here all the time with my colleagues. It is nice, cozy and the staff is very helpful and patient! However, this place is definitely more suitable for measure rather than business trips, since the rooms are very dark and impossible to work in the evenings! Another issue is the lack of parking in front! If you have to manage a large group with multiple cars, it will be a nightmare for you (we had 4-5 different cars), especially taking into account how busy is the main road! So I would suggest to stay here only when you have no urgent plans and strict agenda!! I was also surprised by the quality of the in-room dining (after 1.00am). Delicious traditional dishes and great service! I am not going to talk about the clinginess of the rooms, as we all know high standards of Mandarin orientals

There are couple criteria must be met for my 5 stars. Efficiency: I mistakenly booked the L600 Executive instead of L600 Deluxe but the manager was kindly enough to switch for me on the next day. The manager himself guided me and my family to the room while arrived to the hotel. No check-in process at the lobby. Everything was done in the room by him. Absolutely a highly personalized services. Safety: Hotel guests need to walk up the stair in order to enter the hotel that can prevent any stranger gets into the hotel. Of course, a hotel card is need to get up the the floor. Professionalism: The personnels who works in the lobby recognized me and called me by title when they saw me regardless any shift. Cleanliness: Room:Twice a day housekeeping and a turndown service in the evening. Lobby, elevators: clean and neat with fresh scents all the time. Comfortability: The room itself is really nice and excellent design quality. I stayed at Landmark for 3 nights and the hotel is quite that never heard any door banging. I personally love the bathroom design and that's why I chose the deluxe over the executive suite. Overall, the hotel is deemed "world class in every manner" and services are deemed meticulous and exceeding my expectations.
