Netjes maar hygiene niet optimaal spinneweb Menu blijft te lang hetzelfde. Keuken tijden ivm personeels tekort niet fijn, stagiaire die geen moeite doet wbt Nederlands praten, prijzen zelfde kamer varieren teveel naat mijn menig, niet oke. Nog een hoop te verbeteren is mijn mening

Comfortabele kamer, compleet, netjes en schoon. De badkamer mag wel geüpdate worden dmv een douche ipv een bad, en hoofdkussens mogen wel iets steviger. Verder hebben we 5 prettige dagen doorgebracht in een mooi royale kamer. Ook het ontbijt is zeer compleet. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Quarto muito antigo. Pediu um banho no entanto sujo, cabelos, bordas de calafetagem ruins. Tinha que "misturar" quente e frio. Piso sujo, manchas na cadeira, sem ar condicionado, TV antiga sem opções de emparelhamento.Restaurante antigo e datado. Menu simples. O fitness consiste em uma bicicleta e um treino ergo e alguns halteres até 9 quilos.Equipe amigável. Estou realmente muito surpreso com todas as críticas positivas...

Hotel limpo, mas um pouco datado! Mas aparentemente eles estão fechando? Bom café da manhã, embora o pão poderia ter sido um pouco mais fresco! Quarto espaçoso, apenas uma pena que eu tive que tomar banho em uma banheira! O jantar à noite foi certamente bom, apenas 8€ por meio litro de cerveja! Melhor caro

Quarto estava limpo! As camas são maravilhosas! Apenas uma desvantagem quando estávamos no interior foi o aquecimento estava quente em 5 sauna! De qualquer forma, desligamos o aquecimento e resolvemos o problema. Muito bom pessoal, meu carregador de iPhone não funcionou e imediatamente um dos recepcionistas veio pedir emprestado o dela tão bom! O café da manhã era gostoso e bastante extenso. Tudo o que posso dizer é bom sobre este hotel.

Hotel parece bem, grande salão de recepção e fui bem ajudado. A comida é boa e para estes conceitos também razoável em termos de preço. Eles disseram ao fazer o check-in que o quarto estava limpo, mas os travesseiros ainda precisavam ser colocados ao redor dos travesseiros, eles ainda não estavam prontos. Acho estranho de qualquer maneira dizer que o quarto é limpo, você assume que se pagar 131,50 euros por 1 noite!! O banheiro é muito antigo e poderia usar uma grande reforma. Caso contrário, um bom quarto e boas camas. Valor para o dinheiro Eu acho que este hotel é muito caro. Eu estava a trabalho, mas em particular não escolheria este hotel. E nunca recebi as fronhas!!

Terrible service and very basic rooms. They charged €11 euros for a bottle of water after I called to let them know there was no water to be found in the room / nothing in the mini bar. They also insisted on having it payed in cash so at 11pm we were trying to find cash in our room just to have some water. Never have encountered something like this in any hotel

Do not stay here. Very bad experience. No AC in room, no working Wi-Fi, no shower gel in the bathroom and no phone in room to call reception ! One of the front desk staff was also sarcastic and rude. Stay here at your peril.

"Free Wifi". You cannot even check your Mails with it. But don't you worry. Customer is king in the 4 Star Hotel and for only 9.99 per Day you can get "premium" wifi. 10/10 can only recommend the stoneage experience.

Além do fato de que este já é um hotel bastante antigo (anos 90) e não está na localização mais inspiradora, não é tão ruim por dentro. O restaurante e bar ainda parecem bons, a recepção é arrumada, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. No quarto, você só pode ver do banheiro que é um pouco datado, mas, por outro lado, tudo está bem conservado. Buffet de café da manhã é muito bom. Acho os preços de um quarto duplo muito razoáveis.

The wi-fi is terribly slow, it's disingenuous to be listed as having free wi-fi, you must pay extra for premium. Heating doesn't work, which they have fan heaters for so must already know about it. Shoddy electricals in the room. Recommend stay at the Bastion hotel form the road, €20 per night cheaper and everything is complementary.

4 stars maybe 15 years ago. I got a room without heating, a portable heater as replacement.... The room is completely old, no water at all. Breakfast less than average. I think for the money easy to find something better.

Best value for money you can find in Rotterdam. 70€ for 2 adults and a 8 yo kid with breakfast for a night in a 4 stars hotel. Good service and comfortable room. I can only recommend it if you drive there.

we booked this hotel to visit few cities near Rotterdam. It's about 10 minutes away from Rotterdam city center by car. We didn't take any public transport as our objective wasn't really to visit Rotterdam. It's good for a short stay.positive points. -price -free parking lot - great breakfast - good location as it is easy access to motorways if you want to visit other citiesnegative points: - very dusty room as we just checked in, in the afternoon someone did come to clean the room but we could still feel the dust in our nose and throat -a little dusty corridors - as it is near the motorway it's a bit noisy

Es un hotel muy ruidoso, desde las 6 de la mañana empieza la gente a levantarse y suena desde la ducha, hasta gritos, gente hablando.. Las toallas huelen mal y si las dejas para que te la cambien, te dejan sin toallas, es decir, que no te la ponen. Ubicación buena. La atención del personal es normal. No volveré a este hotel ni loco.

Exelente ubicación, parqueadero de fácil acceso, la limpieza la han mejorado muchísimo, no tenemos ninguna queja excepto por el refrigerador que no funcionó.
