I love how modern and practical this hotel is. The room we stayed in may be on the smaller side but it's comfy and has all that we need. Staffs are friendly and courteous. It's located just steps away from Chow Kit monorail, so definitely convenient. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant which had a nice view of the monorail.

- Clean and modern room. - They provide 2 big bottles of water. - Limited but good breakfast. - Good location, only 2 minutes walk to monorail station. - The hotel only have small gym and meeting room, no swimming pool or other facilities. - Friendly and helpful staffs.

Such amazing hotel. Everything are smooth. Professional and friendly staffs. For parking, highly recommended if you took Valet Parking costly RM15 it would be safe. For F&B team, Lesung i think you should improve your skills such as entertain people, cooking are below average, need always to top up the F&B. Im enjoy staying here.

Why did I change my mind about the Fairfield KL? Truth be told, my first stay here during the first week of opening was a big let down, to say the least. One month in, things have changed tremendously, for the better thank God. Things that I liked: Super clean rooms. Well thought out given the size limitation. Nice sheets and comfortable firm mattress. Electronics work perfectly. Notable improvements with frontdesk staffs, friendly guards, much improved breakfast experience. Things I didn't like: Irregular hot water supply - scalding hot in a blink of an eye! Uncomfortable shower area, if it's that small perhaps go without the seating area. Surrounding area is rather dodgy. Car park situation needs seriously improvements especially in regards to usage of the private space besides the property. Set Lunch promo slip in the room has a number that has been terminated. Design issue with the open-concept wardrobe as you could hit your head on the metal bar as it's constructed right on your blind zone. That looks like a mightly long list of dislikes but they are not big deal breakers - but it would be good that the hotel takes the initiative to address them. Overall, I would say this is a great hotel for the price, compared to AC Hotel down the road which honestly, deserves a lot more work.
