Hotel muito bom. Tudo limpo. No caso de problemas com o aquecimento (muito quente 🥵), uma solução foi oferecida e implementada imediatamente! (Diretamente uma nova sala) O café da manhã também foi ótimo com muitas opções de escolha!

O check in foi demorado pois só havia uma pessoa para atender vários turistas. Tirando isso o hotel é muito bom. Quarto bonito e limpo, tirando umas manchas na cortina. A sauna é legal, a internet rápida e a localização, perto de vários restaurantes, shoppings e de agências de turismo é excelente.

Rooms aren't big but good

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Cons: Very rude and racist lady at the reception. All buffet and breakfast menu items were labelled in Finnish making it very hard for non-Finnish speakers to understand. Rooms lacked some basic items mentioned online such as electric kettle. The staff were overwhelmed and severally took it out on guests. This happened once to me and twice to another family at the restaurant.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Great location and a nice no-frills hotel. Breakfast was good. The room was big, however the extra sofa-cum-bed wasn't the most comfortable. The bathroom got wet as the water leaked through the glass divider. We received an early check in, however, we wish the hotel allowed guests to extend stay by the hour or by half a day. We had a train departing at night and the only option we had was to check out around mid-day or pay for a whole night.

The experience with the front desk was horrible. They tried to make us pay for two double rooms, when in fact there was only one. When we pointed that fact, and that the price tab was impossible for the amount of time and people, the lady at the front desk couldn't recognise the fact, and kept pointing that we had to pay what the sistem told. At no point did she recognised the impossibility of the amount. We had to wait until the next day (when we were leaving very early) for somebody else to fix the obvious mistake. And then it was has if nothing had happened, a weak sorry, and that's it. I couldn't sleep all night, and for them it was just ok. And, we had asked if we could pay with a bank transfer, by email, almost 3 days latter, and still no answer. Finally, we asked for the bus timetable, the one they gave us was wrong. After being in the cold (it was snowing) for almost 15 minutes we had to call a taxi.A very bad experience.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were also particularly commendable.

Hice una reserva a través de booking de 5 noches con desayuno por 745€. Era una reserva sin cancelación. Nuestro gatito se puso muy malito y tuvimos que suspender el viaje por fuerza mayor. Contactamos con el hotel para ver si habría posibilidad de cambiar la fecha o alguna opción alternativa pero por lo visto tienen una política de cancelación muy estricta y no admiten ningún tipo de modificaciones. También intentamos hacerlo a través de booking pero su respuesta fue la misma, eso que el chico de booking, que fue muy amable y se preocupó mucho, nos dijo que normalmente en estas situaciones solían aceptar algún cambio, pero no, su política es estricta. Así que no puedo valorar ni el desayuno ni las instalaciones ni nada pero si puedo valorar el trato, ya que ni siquiera se han molestado en escribirme para ver porque no realizamos el checkin. En lo único que se molestaron rápidamente fue en cobrar la habitación. Está claro que en este caso la humanidad hacia los animales deja mucho que desear, debe ser que en Rovaniemi solo los utilizan para sus famosas granjas de renos y de huskys. Pero siempre se aprende una lección: nunca más reservaré sin cancelación y nunca hay que confiar en la bondad de los desconocidos. Visitaremos Rovaniemi en otra ocasión, eso seguro, pero nunca al hotel Scandian. Un hotel es tu hogar durante las vacaciones, un lugar donde te dan consejos, te recomiendan sitios... en este hotel ni siquiera te preguntan porque no has llegado o si vas a llegar otro día o porque no vas a acudir.

Muy bueno el hotel

Hotel bien situado. Limpio y bastante aceptable. Buffett desayuno y cena con poca variedad pero de buena calidad. Personal hay de todo, unos más amables que otros pero nada reprochable.

Un hotel moderno, situado en un encantador lugar, a pasos de centros comerciales, cafés, bares y restaurantes. El hotel cuenta con un gimnasio bien equipado. Variado desayuno. Cena muy bien presentada en un lugar acogedor y moderno. El personal del restaurant amable. Las chicas de recepción regular.

Hotel céntrico, perfecto para estancias con niños

Uno de los tres hoteles Scandic de la ciudad, este es el situado más alejado del río, es el más moderno, pero a su vez puede que sea el más concurrido, a veces en el desayuno hay demasiada gente.

Desayuno escaso para los que nos gusta el dulce. En nuestra habitación no funcionaba la calefacción, teniendo en cuenta que las temperaturas eran de 1° como máxima creo que es un dato a resaltar. Mi experiencia ha sido mala.
