“A estrutura é bonita, lugar fantástico, mas precisa de um pouco mais de cuidados. A Limpeza deixa a desejar e os funcionários parecem cansados, são atentos porém desanimados.”

“Hotel estava em reforma. Isso pode ter atrapalhado um pouco na avaliação. Tirando isso, eles precisam melhorar em alguns pontos. A hostess do restaurante é um pouco rude (certa vez, fechou o buffet do almoço às 13:30 e não foi clara em explicar o motivo). No bar do lobby, as meninas que estavam fazendo o drink, claramente não são preparadas. Pedi um gin tônica de frutas vermelhas e ela fez com hibiscos, sem frutas e ainda agitou a o drink, o que fez a tônica perder todo gás.No bar da piscina, nunca tinha cerveja gelada. Sempre precisando de mais uns 10/15 minutos de freezer.No mais tudo muito bom. A reforma que está sendo feita é de fato necessária”
