De longe um dos piores hotéis em que já fiquei. Para começar, o café da manhã é medíocre. Batatas velhas de Deus sabe quando. Uma pessoa na churrasqueira durante a semana e sem buffet ou itens adicionais que você pode pegar por conta própria, além de pão, cereais e café. O quarto cheirava como maconha e cigarros vindos das saídas centrais do ar-condicionado. Eu tenho 3 filhos com menos de 10 anos e não gostei da exposição ao fumo passivo. O banheiro era nojento. Você podia ver as marcas de cerveja na banheira como se não estivesse limpa há semanas e o banheiro nem tivesse sido pulverizado. Você pode ver as linhas amarelas quando liberado. Esta é de longe a pior experiência que tive com uma suíte da embaixada.

By far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. For starters the breakfast is mediocre. Old potatoes from God knows when. One person in the grill during weekdays and no buffet or additional items that you could just pick up on your own besides bread, cereal and coffee. The room recked like pot and cigarettes coming from the central AC vents. I have 3 kids under 10 and did not appreciate the exposure to second hand smoking. The bathroom was gross. You could see the stein marks in the tub like it hasn’t been clean in weeks and the toilet had not even been sprayed. You could see the yellow lines when flushed. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with an embassy suites.

Que hotel maravilhoso. Ótimas comodidades, belo pátio e todos aqui são muito amigáveis. O café da manhã é excelente. Tyra foi incrivelmente útil. Meu voo foi cancelado, mas encontrar este hotel foi uma experiência muito positiva. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente! Jack Lander

What a wonderful hotel. Great amenities, beautiful courtyard and everyone here is so friendly. The breakfast is superb. Tyra was incredibly helpful. My flight was cancelled but finding this hotel was a real positive experience. I would definitely stay here again! Jack Lander

Hotel histórico chique. Não fiquei impressionado com o serviço. Quarto e banheiro pequeno. Não forneça café ou outras comodidades que você espera da rede Hilton. Os quartos não são limpos. Desatualizado. Sugiro morar em outro Hilton. Ficamos 3 dias por causa de uma reunião de grupo para uma cerimônia especial. Reclamou, nenhuma ação foi tomada. A gerência não responde à sua reclamação.

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui recentemente. Estávamos esperando uma cama king size, e nosso quarto tinha uma queen. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, no nosso chuveiro havia um frasco de xampu vazio. Claramente, não foi devidamente limpo; mesmo considerando o COVID 100% limpo. Muito desapontado.

O / happy hour especial do gerente aqui é ridículo. Além disso, os quartos não são muito grandes. Este é um hotel menor nos arredores e nem mesmo tão perto do aeroporto fica a cerca de 15 minutos de carro de ônibus. As razões pelas quais permaneço em uma embaixada são: 1. Gestores especiais / happy hour à noite 2. Incrível café da manhã 3. Quartos espaçososEste lugar atendeu apenas 2. acima. Pelo menos o estacionamento era gratuito, embora eles anunciem que é uma taxa de $ 12. Esta é uma das minhas embaixadas favoritas para ficar. O café da manhã é sempre bom e os quartos sempre confortáveis. Eles também têm bebidas de cortesia durante um determinado período. Fancy historic hotel. Not impressed by the service. Room and bathroom small. Do not provide coffee or have other amenities that you expect from Hilton chain. Rooms are not clean. Outdated.I suggest living another Hilton. We stayed 3 days because of a group gathering for special ceremony. Complained about it, no action was taken. Management is unresponsive to your complain.

My husband and I recently stayed here. We were expecting a king bed, and our room had a queen. When we arrived to our room, in our shower was an empty shampoo bottle. Clearly, it wasn’t properly cleaned; even considering COVID 100% clean. VERY disappointed.

This is one of my favorite Embassy's to stay at. Breakfast is always good and rooms always comfy. They also have complimentary drinks during a certain time. Front desk staff was very attentive. I wish the rooms stayed a little cooler, but that's just me. Altogether it was a good stay. We would for sure stay again.

The manager special/happy hour here is laughable. Also the rooms are not very large at all. This is a smaller hotel out in the boonies and not even that close to the airport it’s about a 15 minute drive by Shuttle. The reasons I stay at an embassy is: 1. Managers special/happy hour in the evening 2. Amazing breakfast in the morning 3. Spacious rooms This place only met 2. above. At least the parking was free even though they advertise that it’s a $12 charge. Also, I was able to get the top floor but the windows were extremely dirty so not easy to look out onto the view

Muito decepcionado com a minha visita aqui. Foi muito caro para o que você recebe. A banheira de hidromassagem é anunciada, mas eles não têm uma. Very disappointed with my visit here. It was overpriced for what you get. Hot tub is advertised but they do not have one. Pool has a chlorine smell so strong you can't stand to be in there and the water is cloudy. Digital key did not work. Air conditioning did not work all night.Extra blankets were scratchy. Pull out couch bed would not pull out. Evening reception was just a few bags of chips instead of fresh items typically offered at embassy suites. Embassy suites prices at Motel 6 quality. The breakfast was very good and the only pleasant part of the visit. I tried to resolve these issues with hotel before leaving review.I was told I would receive a call back never did.

O quarto neste hotel era espaçoso, limpo e tinha um banheiro agradável e uma cozinha compacta. O átrio era lindo. Eu gostava de ter as divertidas opções de lanches na despensa também. O que realmente torna este lugar ótimo é a equipe! Eu não conseguia acreditar como todos foram úteis. Todos os membros da equipe que encontrei estavam atentos e ajudaram em tudo o que eu precisava durante a minha estadia. Glenda limpou meu quarto no meio da estadia e foi inflexível quanto a fazer uma limpeza completa, ela foi extremamente educada e trabalhou de uma maneira surpreendentemente eficiente.Eles não fazem apenas o mínimo aqui. Eles trabalham muito e o fazem com uma atitude divertida.Este é definitivamente um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei. Obrigado!

The room at this hotel was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom and kitchenette. The atrium was beautiful. I liked having the fun snack options at the pantry as well. What truly makes this place great is the staff! I couldn’t believe how helpful everyone was. Every staff member I ran into was attentive and assisted with anything I needed during my stay. Glenda cleaned my room mid-stay and was adamant about giving the room a very thorough cleaning, she was extremely polite, and she worked in a surprisingly efficient manner.They don’t just do the bare-minimum here. They work very hard and do it with a fun attitude.This is definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Thank you!

Muy bonito el hotel pero tengo ya tres días y no han venido ni la primera vez a hacer la habitación, ni cambiar sábanas, toallas y botar la basura, de verdad que no vale de mucho ser tan bonito cuando igual no se limpia !
