Manager Christopher and Recreation director Sara do not understand the value of customer service. We received permission from the reservation line to invite close family friends (staying at another Disney resort) to visit us at the pool. They would not grant a guest pass, even though it was my birthday. The pool was empty. They decided that policy mattered more. We are staying the whole week and have been Loyal customers for multiple years. When policy is more important than the guests, then it obvious that they’ve lost sight of what’s important. Now I understand why sea world and universal won top theme park awards. Never again. I will tell everyone I know and post until my thumbs are numb. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just returned from staying here for a week and it was wonderful! The resort is clean and well kept and the rooms were always fully stocked. The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed 2 pools days in between Disney park days and the pirate ship water slide is a big hit! The kids also loved the on-site beach and the adults enjoyed the lazy river and hot tubs. The pool servers were all so friendly too. What I loved most was that it is walking distance to the Boardwalk restaurants and shops and to Epcot. I had a really great stay!

We visited some guests staying here and the property is beautiful and always well maintained. Expect Disney prices and the typical long walks from the parking lot. We have stayed here in the past, and the rooms were great… again expect your room to feel like it is a mile from the lobby… between all those steps and Disney prices you always leave the resort lighter. But an amazing resort for those with the budget to afford it.

Loved that for the deluxe price, your room is a bit bigger and the service came everyday! That was a huge bonus since they used to come every other day. For as much as you pay at a deluxe, they should come daily. I was very pleased with the location, theming, and service we had here.

The absolute best hotel for adults visiting Disney World. We loved being able to walk to Epcot every evening for food, browse the boardwalk and even walk to Hollywood Studios (boats are cooler in middle of day!). The room had been recently renovated and we loved the pool with lazy river. I think this just won for us because of how much you could do without getting on a bus or lining up for monorail. Loved it!

Staff are outstanding! Sit down and quick serve dining is excellent. Great hotel and resort, conveniently located with walking to Epcot, skyline from Epcot side entrance to Hollywood Studios. Walking or Boat service to Disney’s boardwalk and other hotels. Bus service to parks and Disney springs. Hotel pool is amazing, exclusive to Yacht & Beach club guests, sand bottom pool with kiddie area, Pirate ship slide, multiple hot tubs and lazy river.

I love this newly refurbished resort. It is very close to Epcot and Hollywood studios, easily walking distance. You have access to the most amazing pool. I love the beds in the room. They are a little on the firm side...Not hard mattresses but on the firm side. I think that's great because I hate sleeping on mattresses that I sink into! The beds are a little high for me. I am only five foot one. Frankly, I don't see how children can climb into those beds. I stopped by guest services to see if they had footstools but they said they were not allowed to loan footstools as a safety measure. We finally worked around it by moving the ottoman from the bedside chair to help boost me into bed. Other than that, everything was perfect. Make sure you get to eat at the Ale & Compass. Their restaurant has amazing table service breakfast.

I cannot rave enough about this hotel. It’s the best one out of every single resort on Disney world property. The rooms are renovated and have plenty of charging ports. TVs are new and in great quality. The restaurants at the resorts are absolutely delicious and of course the POOL is the best one on property. The entire pool has sand flooring and kids have a blast building sand castles while the parents relax. My favorite part about the pool is the lazy river and the bar serves great drinks right next to it . Room service was delicious for breakfast and the easy accessibility to Epcot as well as the boardwalk and neighboring resorts made it all worth it for me.

I like, too much!

This place is incredible. The rooms are full of space and there are great restaurants inside. My absolute favorite part is the massive sand pool outside. I go there during the night, after I have came back from the parks, and it is so colorful and relaxing.

This was an excellent place to stay. Walking distance to EPCOT and the Gondolas. The service was on point the whole time and the facilities were amazing as well. Wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy the outside more, but hey everything else was magical.

We actually had a character breakfast here and didn't stay at the hotel. All the characters came by our table at least once and sometimes twice and stayed for a fair amount of time. My son loved it! There was a good variety of food at the buffet which we all liked.

Beautiful resort on property. The grounds were lovely. Although we did not stay here, we had access to the pools and pirate ship water slide! They have sand bottom pools, and great set up if you have children to play, and pool bar with great drinks. We were there close to Christmas and the lobby had a full gingerbread carousel which was amazing. The market has an awesome selection of food and merchandise. Next time we are at Disney, this is the place we will stay at!

Went here for New Year's and to scuba dive at Epcot. Hotel is incredible. Restaurants and bars everywhere in hotel, trustworthy "mouse keeping" and lots to see in the hotel itself. There is a back entrance access to Epcot which had NO line at security and it was less than 10 minute walk to countries all around the world. It's also very close to the skyline transportation and the Disney Boardwalk. Can see the fireworks from the lighthouse so for those who don't want to deal with big crowds at the end of the evening you can easily watch them right at the hotel.

I've stayed at one other Disney property, The Wilderness Lodge, also in the luxury category. I loved the theming and property there, in comparison, the Yacht Club is much more understated, but also...
